TAKE a few gentle deep breaths, noticing how the breath is bringing air into your body and how it is moving out. Then move on to natural breathing … notice 5 breaths.
OBSERVE how you are feeling in this moment, gently asking yourself, “How am I feeling right now?” Be aware of your thoughts, emotions, feelings and acknowledging these as they are. Then gently asking, “How is my body feeling right now?” Be aware of any sensations if there are any… then with kindness gently breathing into them and breathing out … letting go … bringing kindness to you and others around you
PROCEED Whatever the situation, you are bringing kindness in and acknowledging how things are for you and for others and proceeding with your activity.
